Hey there, fellow wanderlusters!
If you’re anything like me, you totally understand the irresistible pull of adventure and the excitement of discovering new flavors along the way. There’s something magical about hitting the open road or the open sea, with the wind in your hair and a delicious meal waiting for you just around the corner.
Let’s dive into why travel, sailing, and food are the perfect trio for creating unforgettable memories.
This is Simon. His first memory of travel was in a mini with his parents to Spain when he was 4 years old, a vivid recollection filled with laughter and adventure as they drove through the picturesque countryside. The warm sun streamed through the car windows, illuminating the smiles on their faces and the excitement in his heart as they sang along to his favorite songs. Each stop along the way was a new discovery, from quaint villages bursting with vibrant colors to stunning landscapes that seemed to stretch on forever, creating a lasting impression that ignited his passion for exploration and adventure.
This is Lynn. She grew up in an educated Chinese family in the 70s, where values of learning and hard work were deeply ingrained in her upbringing. While her family prioritized education and instilled in her a love for knowledge, they lacked the financial means to travel during her teenage years, which often made her feel confined to her surroundings. However, her curiosity about the world outside her hometown never waned. It wasn’t until she entered university that she had the opportunity to embark on her first journey. On that fateful day, she boarded a train for the first time along with her university classmate, and together they set off on an adventure that would take them across the stunning landscapes of China, broadening her horizons and igniting a passion for exploration that would last a lifetime.
We encountered with each other in 2005 in China. Since then, we explore the land and the sea together. We create WUHOO-GO.com as our documentary of our adventures and livings, share with our family, friends and whoever encountered this page.
